How articles on tax.atmo.co.id are written, reviewed, and updated. This page is transparent so readers know our sources and limits.
Production Workflow
Every article goes through four stages: (1) initial research against official regulations (UU, PP, PMK, PER-DJP), (2) drafting with AI as a research and structuring aid, (3) human review by Vito Atmo for accuracy, voice, and Indonesian context, (4) publication with regulation citations and a date stamp.
Use of AI
AI is used to summarise regulations, build outlines, check consistency, and translate ID-EN. AI is not used to make factual claims without human verification. Every tax rate, article number, and compliance date is re-verified against source documents before publication.
Primary Sources
Main sources: Directorate General of Taxes (pajak.go.id), Ministry of Finance (kemenkeu.go.id), State Secretariat (peraturan.go.id), Supreme Court (mahkamahagung.go.id). Secondary sources such as DDTCNews, Hukumonline, and academic publications are used for confirmation, not as the sole source.
Fact-Checking
Numerical claims (rates, thresholds, penalties) and article references are confirmed against the original regulation text. Where practitioners interpret rules differently, we mention the divergence rather than picking one side as final.
Independence
tax.atmo.co.id is a personal project and does not accept editorial sponsorship, payment to write specific articles, or preferential treatment for partners. Partner links are pure editorial references.
Corrections Policy
When a factual error is found, we fix the content and log the change on the Corrections page. Minor edits (style, punctuation) are not logged. Material edits (claim, rate, or article number changes) are always logged with a date.
Takedown Requests
Copyright holders or affected parties may send requests to hello@atmo.co.id with the URL, reason, and supporting evidence. We aim to review within 7 business days.
